Two of Project 90’s films – ‘A Wave Ahead’ and ‘First Light’ will be shown at the 2014 Cape Town Eco Film Festival which takes place at the Labia Theatre on Orange Street in Cape Town, from 27th – 31st March. There will be many other exciting films to watch, so we hope to see you there.

  • A Wave Ahead. This film documents the development of an innovative wave turbine which Project 90 installed at the Two Oceans Aquarium. (See it on Monday 31 March @ 18:00)
  • First light – the story of a rural solar project. In South Africa there are about 2,5 million households without electricity. First Light – takes a look at Project 90’s Rural Solar Initiative in KZN South Africa, where 50 impoverished households are fitted with solar lighting kits, many of them receiving electricity for the very first time. (see it on Friday 28 March @ 20:30)
